Mental Health for Founders is a small, thoughtful gathering of founders and operators coming together to talk about the emotional side of building companies.

Startups demand clarity, resilience, optimism, and decision-making under uncertainty. Behind the pitch decks and milestones are very human experiences like stress, self-doubt, loneliness, pressure, responsibility, and the quiet weight of leading a team.

This session creates space for open conversations around energy cycles, burnout, founder anxiety, relationships, financial pressure, comparison, and the mental load of always being on. Founders share what has worked for them, whether that is routines, support systems, therapy, peer circles, boundaries, or habits, and also speak about what they are still figuring out.

It is a simple, honest circle of builders speaking openly, listening carefully, and learning from each other.
