He has worked with the World Bank as a Global Education Practice Consultant. Binayak has also been associated with Unitus, a venture capital firm as a Startup Scout and with Larsen &amp; Toubro as an SAP BI Consultant.&nbsp;<br><br>An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management - Bhubaneswar, Binayak is passionate about inclusive development and has worked widely in emerging markets for several years. His background spans in the areas of Early Grade Education, Impact Investment, ICT4D, Public Policies, Education Technology, Skills Development, and Livelihoods.&nbsp;</div>

Building <div>Gopi as an educator is in the pursuit of bringing excellence to scalable education models and making learning accountable. He is now working on merging behavioral science and AI technologies for bringing true personalization in online learning.<br><br>With 25 years of work in the adult-learning space, his rich experience comprises understanding business environments and individual contexts to design &amp; deliver strategic interventions and leadership building programs to more than 150 organizations for managers from 20 different nationalities across the world.<br><br>He’s been in hundreds of physical and digital classrooms with CXOs, senior to first time managers, competitive exam aspirants, college students, parents, teachers, and scientists. He’s been an invited speaker in global and national forums attended by parliamentarians, entrepreneurs and global academic leaders.&nbsp;</div>

In his last role before founding WinUall, he headed the global people analytics business at <strong>Boston Consulting Group(BCG).&nbsp; </strong>Prior to this he worked with companies like Citi Bank and Times Internet and led global teams.<strong> </strong>He is an <strong>MBA from MDI Gurgaon.</strong></div>
