Session 1: How much money does your business really need and when?
Description: Often we hear startups or entrepreneurs ask for money for their business but these figures can be confusing or unpractical. Startups tends to sometime ask way more money than they actually require or the other way around. In this session we will show and demonstrate you what is the actual money you would require by creating a sample biz plan. This includes all the costs your startup may incur during its course in sales, marketing, manpower, infrastructure, technology etc. Your take: You will understand the cash inflow and outflow better.

1 PM to 1:30 PM: Lunch & Networking
1:30 pm to 3 PM: Create your own Bootstrapped Business Plan
Session 2: In this session we will provide a basic template and you are required to have to develop your business plan fromthe scratch to understand how much money do you need, when do you need and how soon can you be cash flow positive on a monthly basis.
