Surat Municipal Corporation, along with Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd., is organizing Elets Smart City Summit – Surat- Conference & Exhibition on 25th and 26th of November in Hotel The Grand Bhagwati, Dumas Road, Surat, Gujarat.
Smart City Summit - Surat 2016 Conference will focus on what is the road ahead for Surat being selected as Smart City by the Government of. The Conference will also act as a platform to showcase Surat City as well as other cities of Gujarat as a land of opportunities for the implementation of smart ideas.

This event will see participation of thought leaders, policy makers, industry experts and other relevant stakeholders to the smart cities domain both from private and government sector, academia and others. It would provide a unique platform for exchange of experiences and ideas from across the nation for the development of smart urban infrastructure.

As a part of this Summit, Surat Smart City is planning to organize a Surat Start-up Pavilion for start-ups doing innovative work and based in or around Surat City or having major operations in Surat or working on applications related to Smart City. Any Start-up fulfilling the above conditions can apply before 17th November, 2016.

After scrutiny of submitted entries shortlisted start-ups will be informed till 20th November, 2016. Shortlisted start-ups will get a stall at a concessional rate of Rs.7500 (market value of Rs.1.50 Lacs). Some selected Startups will also get an opportunity to give their demo during the Summit. Interested start-ups may apply by filling this form on or before 18:00 hours, 17th November, 2016. Shortlisted candidates will be called for presentation and demo in front of jury panel on 18th to 20th Nov, 2016.
