COD-Verify, Reduce Fake COD Orders with WhatsApp OTP Verification (Shopify App)

COD-Verify · apps.shopify.com Freemium Beginner India

Same job as Hillteck's app but over WhatsApp instead of SMS/IVR, worth comparing if your customers already live in WhatsApp and you want a lighter-weight install. Auto-cancels unverified orders after a timeout so junk never reaches your ops queue.

  • Verification happens over WhatsApp OTP rather than SMS or a phone call.
  • Unverified COD orders are auto-held and cancelled after roughly 30 minutes.
  • A lighter alternative worth A/B testing against SMS/IVR-based verification apps.
