A plug-in Shopify app that verifies COD orders by OTP or IVR call before they ship, which is the single highest-leverage RTO fix for a Shopify-based brand. Install and test rather than build your own.
Sends an OTP or IVR call to confirm the customer's number and intent before an order is picked.
Flags high-risk orders for manual review instead of blanket-blocking all COD.
Vendor-reported drop in fake orders after enabling, verify against your own baseline, not the marketing number.
