This session creates space for open conversations around energy cycles, burnout, founder anxiety, relationships, financial pressure, comparison, and the mental load of always being on. Founders share what has worked for them, whether that is routines, support systems, therapy, peer circles, boundaries, or habits, and also speak about what they are still figuring out. It is a simple, honest circle of builders speaking openly, listening carefully, and learning from each other.
