With the rapid changes in life style and eating habits moving more towards the 'on the go food', it is becoming tough to have the right food at the right time. While this segment of healthy food is thought as a niche area for startups, the market size/customer base craving for nutritious yet tasty food is ever growing.With this growing demand, doors opened for a variety of startups solving different problems ranging from healthy snacks, organic alternatives, nutrition diet/tracking.

As the ecosystem for this segment of startups is yet to mature, early stage Entrepreneurs venturing into this area have a vast range of questions unanswered. To help you answer some of the questions, Headstart Startup Saturday November edition brings you a rich mix of food startups that are focused on health, to share experiences, roadblocks, and innovations that helped them flourish in this industry.
