A gathering for founders and operators on building a sales team that brings in revenue. Most founders close the first deals themselves. The harder part comes after: hiring the first salespeople, deciding what they own, and building a process that keeps closing when the founder steps back. This session is about that handover. The conversation will cover when to make the first sales hire and who to hire, how to set targets and compensation, building a pipeline you can measure, how sales and marketing work together, and the habits of teams that hit their numbers. How it works.
A partnership is for growth stage founders who want to come in as a partner brand, and it runs one year at a time. The brand fee for the year is paid to eChai. An affiliate share runs alongside it, linked to the outcomes we drive together. Both carry GST.
