I'm Tirth, co-founder and CTO of IvoryTusk Technologies, a DPIIT-recognised startup in Surat.
We build AI agents and agentic workflows for businesses that sell over chat. Our main product is LiveLoop, an AI-native omnichannel CRM that brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and website chat into one inbox, with AI agents handling enquiries, follow-ups and pipelines. Alongside it we run DMLoop, which turns Instagram comments into DM conversations. It's live with an authorised Tata Motors dealership, kitchen and furniture manufacturers, and exhibition organisers, and social media agencies resell it to their clients.
Before IvoryTusk I spent 5 years at Morgan Stanley. I studied Computer Engineering at Nirma University, where I graduated as gold medalist. I've worked hands-on with deep learning since the LSTM/GRU days.
What I care about: AI that does real work inside a business instead of just giving demos. I'm especially interested in private and on-device deployment and Indic multilingual voice.
