Dr. Mauli Patel Mahajan

Founder, Idea stage, backing Pre-seed / seed, in Dr. Mauli Mahajan, Founder of MyCompassToday, is a Psychologist, Career Coach, Counsellor, Educator and Researcher with 23+ years of experience in counselling, career development and education. She holds a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology and an MSc in School Counselling from the University of Scranton, USA, and is trained in IB Education, MBTI, Design Thinking, Achievement Motivation and other professional disciplines. She has worked with leading institutions across India, the UAE and internationally, including IIM Ahmedabad, NID, GEMS Education and the National Career Development Association (USA). Her research on comprehensive career guidance for Grades 1–12 has been presented at international platforms including GESS Dubai, NCDA-USA, CANNEXUS Canada and APCDA.
