I am a BBA student with a strong interest in entrepreneurship, digital business, marketing, and technology. I am currently focused on moving beyond academics and gaining practical experience in the business world.
I am exploring digital services for local businesses, particularly Google Business Profile management and improving their online presence. My goal is to work with small businesses and hospitality businesses, understand their challenges, and help them attract more customers through better digital visibility.
Alongside my studies, I have been working on a research project related to service design and customer satisfaction in the hospitality sector, which has helped me develop an interest in understanding customers and how businesses can improve their services.
