Priya and I started indiabizforsale.com together in the year 2013 as a company and launched as a platform in early 2014. 

We started indiabizforsale because we experienced and painfully learnt (at that time) that M&A for a small to medium size business is very, very challenging in India, and we decided to do something about that. 

We launched indiabizforsale.com as a discovery platform (with confidentiality so no one knows which business is looking for an exit or partial exit) for businesses and investors. 

Gradually we started building services on top as we realised that the end goal is a successful business transaction and secured discovery is only the part of the process (large though). 

Now we provide discovery, on-demand services and also advisory services with help of trusted and experienced professionals across India.

Prior to launching Dev Accelerator, he worked with a 100 year old Manufacturing firm, based in Barnsley, United Kingdom, wherein he donned the hat of a result driven Marketing/Sales Consultant wherein Critical thinking and Communication skills, being one of his key strengths, supported him to devise appropriate strategies and communicate the same to the management team.

Umesh, has been an active Investor and Mentor in many Startups wherein his role was to ensure that they get a boost whilst moving from Ideation Stage to Growth stage.

In Fact the Idea of Entigrity was born out of the fact that Shawn wanted to help small and mid-size firms by providing them access to global staffing and help them compete with Big 4 and larger firms. Shawn really admires businesses that create or facilitate the creation of micro entrepreneurs like UBER, AIRBNB, Urban Company etc.

These Small and Mid-Size firms cannot come to India and build their own offices as they don't have the deep pockets as of Big 4 firms.
