In a career spanning 15 years with the Marico group, he has steered multiple large businesses & brands, including Maricos’ flagship Parachute portfolio. Having had the fortune of leading various equities at different life cycles, often in tough competitive contexts, Mr. Malhotra believes immensely in two central forces to drive business – the team & the power of brand story telling.
