I work at the intersection of founders, capital and growth.

For more than a decade, I've worked with entrepreneurs through one of the hardest parts of building a company: turning a good business into a company investors, customers, and the market are willing to back.

I'm the Founder & CEO of Venture Care, where we help businesses with growth, strategy, fundraising, investment, and the decisions in between.

Over the years, I've also built and worked across platforms focused on fundraising, founder support and investor connectivity.

I've been part of fundraising journeys that raised $60M+ in capital.

But the number isn't what interests me most.

What interests me is why some companies become fundable while others don't.

Why does one founder get a term sheet while another with a similar business doesn't?

Why do some founders raise too early?

Why does more capital sometimes create more problems?

And what makes an investor believe:

“This is a company worth backing.”

These questions have shaped how I think about entrepreneurship.

My philosophy is simple:

Build better.
Raise smarter.
Scale stronger.

I believe fundraising shouldn't begin with:

“Who will give me money?”

It should begin with:

“Are we ready for capital — and what kind of capital do we actually need?”

That's why my work increasingly focuses on Capital Readiness — helping founders understand their business, numbers, narrative, market, investor fit and growth strategy before they enter the fundraising process.
