Building <div>Aditya is a Founder &amp; CEO of LAARI, a startup redefining street food by manufacturing smart street food carts in India.&nbsp;<br><br>He is also Director at Uppskale, a challenge based hiring platform aiming to bridge gap between academics and industry.<br>&nbsp;<br>Aditya has been working with the local startup ecosystem for last 4 years and have been leading communities.&nbsp;<br><br>He is Global Facilitator Techstars Startup Weekend, Karmaveer Chakra instituted by UN awardee. He has been the only scholar from India to be a part of Watson Institute Spring Incubator -2019 with scholarship.&nbsp;<br><br>He has keen interest and experience of last 3 years in Edu tech and Hardware startups.&nbsp;<br><br>His another company ALLAGII is currently affecting more than 1500 school students across Gujarat with establishment of entrepreneurship cells in government school of gujarat and more than 52 workshops across state.&nbsp;<br><br>In last one year he has spoken in more than 8 countries and 34 cities on Design thinking, Business Model Canvas and Starting a startup by his talks and workshops.&nbsp;</div>
