I’m Amit Kumar Jha, founder of TerraShield Properties Pvt. Ltd. and the person behind AWIVA, a digital living platform built around the idea of making everyday life at home simpler, safer and more connected.

My entrepreneurial journey is driven by a desire to solve real-world problems rather than build technology for its own sake. Through my work in the rental ecosystem, I’ve seen how fragmented the experience can be for tenants and landlords—from finding a home and managing agreements to handling deposits, maintenance and everyday services. This inspired me to build a more structured, transparent and technology-driven way of managing the rental journey.

I’m building AWIVA with a broader vision: to make the Digital Home a central part of everyday life, connecting people with their homes, services, communities and the things they need. I’m focused on building the product, shaping the platform architecture, validating the business model and preparing for market launch.

What I care about most is building something useful, scalable and sustainable—something that solves genuine problems for people while creating a viable business. I believe in taking ownership, learning through execution and building long-term value rather than chasing short-term visibility.

Right now, I’m focused on bringing AWIVA closer to market readiness, validating it with real users, building strategic partnerships and finding the right people who share the ambition to turn this vision into a successful business.

I’m particularly interested in connecting with founders, operators, technology leaders and investors who can challenge my thinking, share practical experience and help accelerate the journey from product development to market traction.

I’m building AWIVA, a Digital Home platform that simplifies rental living and helps people manage their homes, services and everyday needs. I’m focused on getting the product market-ready, validating our business model, and building the right partnerships and traction for GTM.
