I started out as an engineer, moved into HR, and eventually found my way into psychology. What seemed like different career paths were, in hindsight, connected by one thing: a curiosity about people, how we think, behave, and make sense of the world. Today, I'm the co-founder of Conversations & Care, and that curiosity continues to take me into new spaces, particularly the intersection of modern psychology, Indian wisdom traditions, and our understanding of the human mind.
