I have more than two decades of experience in HR space where I have evolved from a Training In charge to an HR Strategic Partner. I have worked across multiple industries experiencing the various understanding and practices which differentiated each HR among these Industries. However, with time i came across few of the challenges which HR irrespective of Industries have been facing and to overcome some of such challenges i developed my fondness for AI and Python which gradually helped me put those challenges in a box which eventually developed into an application which is successfully able to connect the dots between the challenges as maintaining the balance which can be proclaimed as one of the technologies still not identified by any of the smart player in the market and would be one of its own kinds helping the key stakeholders not restricted to HR in solving the much complicated problem that is the human capital management.
