Ayush is currently working in the Growth Marketing team at Zynga. He is really enjoying his job role as it is challenging & innovative but is open to other opportunities. Previous to this, he was the Growth Lead for one of the fastest-growing startup, GrabOnRent. He was looking after the Growth and Marketing of the company. Previous to this, He was a Growth Hacker at Awesummly. He is well-versed in Growth Hacking, Marketing Strategy, Social Media Marketing, Offline Marketing, Event Management, Ethical Growth Hacking, etc. 

He is also running India's Biggest community of Growth & Marketing enthusiasts by the name Growth Folks. The community has 600+ growth enthusiasts and having an offline presence in 8+ cities of India. 

He always looks forward to connecting with startups and folks who have a keen interest in technology and businesses in general. Ayush also excels in decision making and leading a team too.
 
Ayush has an engineering degree in Computer Science & had a promising job in hand. But as they say, everyone has a story- A story that is life-changing. It didn’t take him a lot to realize that his passion lies in another field: Marketing. He soon switched from tech to a non-tech field without a second thought and is constantly trying to prove his worth by making every day of his life productive. He went ahead and started by doing Digital Marketing Internship at Awesummly, Prodios, Thrillophilia.com. He also has good coding knowledge. 

Ayush has volunteered in organizing one of the biggest Offline Al Hackathon for Awesummly which saw as many as 120+ participants competing in a 24 in-house hackathon & in organizing India’s first Aviation Innovation Hackathon by Vistara Hackathon. He was also the Head Co-ordinator of Vanquish ’17- A National Level Sports Meet. 

Sports for Ayush is like what heartbeat is to a human body. He has played in numerous competitions in school as well as college level and strives to put the same qualities in his work life. Outside the office, he is fun to hang out with.
