I’m Baburao Naikode, a developer and digital marketer based in Bengaluru with 7+ years of experience building digital products and running marketing.

I’m the founder of Opzynic, an AI sales assistant for real estate websites. It turns site visitors into qualified leads and answers questions about each project using the details the developer provides, so buyers get instant answers and sales teams get leads worth calling.

I’m also the creator of PDFtoFlipbook.io, a free tool that converts PDFs like catalogs, brochures, magazines, and reports into page-turning HTML5 flipbooks with realistic 3D page turns and paper sound effects. I built it because most flipbook platforms push paid plans, add watermarks, or require signup. Here, anyone can convert a PDF instantly with no account and no watermark. Conversion runs in the browser using Mozilla’s PDF.js, so files aren’t uploaded unless you choose to create a public share link.

My two products come from the same idea: real estate and catalog-heavy businesses lose buyers when information is hard to read or slow to get. A property brochure that turns pages like a real book, and an assistant that answers questions instantly, both make that easier.
