I’m Chandan, Product Manager at MR Neo.

I started in customer success. At Appy Pie, I worked with clients across North America and Europe, helping them get real value from the platform. After that I joined Automate Business, where I handled B2B clients across India in retail, manufacturing, BFSI, clinics and more.

Those years taught me one thing: customers don’t care about features, they care about whether the product solves their problem on a busy day. I’ve sat on the other side of the table when things didn’t work, and I bring that into product now.

At MR Neo, I work on a platform that helps businesses manage leads, conversations and follow-ups in one place. Right now I’m looking for businesses who want to try it early and tell us honestly what’s missing.

I’m building MR Neo, with a dialer, an AI voice agent, an AI assistant and trigger-based automation in one platform. I’m stuck on getting leads, and I’m chasing businesses who want to try it early.
