My main project is Pass And Play Games. The idea is simple: two people, one phone, no sign-ups or downloads. It started as a single chess site and has grown into a set of classic two-player games, including ludo, checkers, backgammon and mancala. The part I'm still figuring out is monetisation: how to earn from ads without ruining the experience for players.
