Divyanshu Singh

I’m Divyanshu, Founder & Director of Hridaynex.
I lead the talent acquisition and recruitment operations side of the business, working across client requirements, candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews and hiring delivery. My focus is to build Hridaynex beyond a traditional recruitment agency. We’re developing a system-driven recruitment business built around a strong candidate network, repeatable sourcing processes, ATS-driven operations, automation and AI.
Alongside recruitment, Hridaynex is also building a digital marketing services vertical led by my co-director.
I’m especially interested in meeting founders, HR and talent leaders, enterprise/GCC decision-makers, operators and people experimenting with AI-driven workflows. Currently focused on growing client relationships, building a scalable recruitment engine and creating long-term assets around talent data, employer relationships and candidate communities.
