Hemant Dugar

I’m Hemant Kumar Dugar, Founder and CEO of VoltixData Private Limited, based in Indore. With over 25 years of experience in IT, I care about making complex technology simple, useful and accessible.

My journey began with Login2Xplore, where we built JsonPowerDB, the PowerIndex indexing engine, and tools that help developers build applications with less effort. Our beta platform has attracted over 7,000 registered users, and a previous enterprise engagement gave us valuable experience supporting a paying customer.

Today, we’re building VoltixData as an Indian deep-tech company focused on fast, flexible and AI-ready data infrastructure. We’re also developing PowerNet Data Network, our longer-term vision for distributed data management.

I hold an M.Sc. in IT and PMP, CSM and SCJP certifications. I enjoy connecting with founders, developers and industry partners who like turning ambitious ideas into working products. My current focus is finding enterprise pilot opportunities, learning from real customer problems, and building a sustainable business around our technology.

I’m building VoltixData, an Indian deep-tech startup making data management fast, simple and AI-ready, and looking for enterprise pilot customers and technology partners.
