Three years ago I joined an AI startup in San Francisco as the first hire — before there was a product, a process, or a playbook. What followed was four years of figuring it out across every function: building the product from scratch, running beta programmes, closing and onboarding enterprise clients, developing financial models, designing pricing, supporting investor conversations, and keeping a growing team coordinated. I learned how early-stage companies actually work — not from a course, but from being in the room when the decisions were made. Duke University-trained in Engineering Management. Now back in Mumbai, working with my current startup and selectively looking to embed with one early-stage team here where I can bring that same end-to-end thinking., in B2B / enterprise + AI/ML + Edtech.
- A startup role I would love, at any kind
- Product leaders
- Founders & operators in my city
- A founder at the zero-to-one stage who needs senior product and ops thinking without a full-time hire. Also genuine conversations — not pitches.
