As a serial entrepreneur, Jose has operated multiple businesses from diverse industries in Asia and has held various management and leadership roles, achieving numerous successes in building a team of talents from scratch and leading the companies to grow and expand.

Previously given the opportunity, Jose took on the role of Deputy Director for Action Community For Entrepreneurship (ACE), focusing on fostering the Singapore startup ecosystem and innovation enabling.

Jose presently runs a boutique management consulting studio focusing on supporting businesses to stay competitive, ensuring they stay ahead and relevant at the forefront of fast and ever-changing technology development.
