Manoj Padaiyachi

I've been a content creator since 2017 and have worked with brands like Truecaller, Jio, Maggi and Cadbury. That's where I learned what actually works on social, and it's how I ended up starting GenC Media.

GenC Media is a digital agency built for the content generation. We handle social media, Google Business Profile, ads and influencer marketing. We also run three arms: GenC Creators (talent management), GenC Culture (community and workshops) and GenC Cohorts. We've worked with Neo (Nippon Paint), Go Colors, Niyo, Kuku FM, Chaayos, Uppercase, SCUBE and Beyond Water, and we currently work with institutes and a few cafés and restaurants.

I also teach a lot. I've been a guest speaker at IIT Madras and Nirma University and a guest trainer at, Adani University, IBS Ahmedabad and St. Xavier's, and I've helped build courses on influencer and Instagram marketing.

I care about helping young brands grow through real content and real numbers, and about giving young creators and marketers a proper start.
