Building <div>Marko Kaseleht , Chief Executive Officer at SensusQ, with 13 years' experience in the fields of infantry, close air support and combat operations.&nbsp;</div><div><br>A defence industry specialist and combat veteran with highly developed leadership and organisational skill sets.<br><br>After serving in the armed forces for 13 years where he held leadership roles in Iraq and Afghanistan, Marko left the armed forces 2016 to pursue a career in the private defence industry.<br><br>Since entering the defence industry Marko has held positions ranging from business development to senior management.<br><br>Marko combines his natural self-motivation and resilience with his deep knowledge in team leadership and management to work with hybrid civilian/ex-service person teams. Empowering people to overcome personal obstacles, grow and push beyond their boundaries in a supportive environment that is sensitive to personal needs.<br><br>Marko is now applying his skills in SensusQ, the company that he co-founded with fellow ex-service members. SensusQ is tackling some of the toughest challenges in decision making support for decision makers operating in high risk multi-domain environments.</div>
