Mohammed Faizal. M

I’m a final-year B.Com student at The New College, Chennai, building at the intersection of business, practical AI, and student enablement.

Right now, I spend most of my energy running MentorWise AI as Founder & CEO. We're building a free, student-first career operating system powered by 12 specialized AI agents—helping peers bridge the gap between classroom theory and real corporate readiness with ATS-friendly resumes, aptitude prep, and personalized mentorship roadmaps. Alongside that, I built and launched AIQuest, a gamified AI learning platform with bilingual support (English + Tamil) to make tech concepts genuinely accessible.

On campus, I serve as Sub-Club Head of the Achievers’ Club and previously worked as Student Placement Coordinator for the Commerce Department, driving recruitment outreach and organizing career prep bootcamps. My ground-level background also spans practical accounting at a CA firm, HR and community internships, and campus ambassador roles.

I care deeply about ethical AI, workflow automation, and helping ambitious freshers gain early career clarity without hitting guidance paywalls. Always open to connecting with fellow builders, operators, and anyone passionate about modern talent enablement.

At MentorWise AI, we are building an all-in-one, free AI-native career intelligence ecosystem that democratizes personalized mentorship and accelerates careers for students and young professionals.
