I’m Mohan, based in Bengaluru, with over 20 years of experience in IT, engineering and technical leadership. I enjoy solving practical problems and helping people turn ideas into working software.

I’m now developing Quiet Staff, an early-stage venture exploring AI software for recurring small-business work, with human oversight. I’m also interested in domain-specialised language models. We’re currently at the idea and planning stage.

I’d like to meet people regularly, hear what they’re working on and exchange ideas. I can contribute engineering and AI experience, and would love to learn from people with product, marketing and sales backgrounds. I’m open to trying small projects together in our spare time and seeing where that leads.
