Working with SMEs has given me insight into the inability of small businesses to adopt new technology to automate business operations since the available options are targeted majorly at bigger businesses. 

Based on the learning from clients we have developed an online accounting application called "ProfitBooks" for Small and Medium businesses with all necessary features, at a cost that is less than a monthly electricity bill. 

ProfitBooks not only allows 360-degree accounting but also has features like raising beautiful Invoices, Inventory Management, Project Management, Payroll Management, and now GST compliance integrated with GSTN for one-click GST Return filing. 

ProfitBooks has brought me closer to SMEs which helped me to know them better and allowed us to cater to their need in an effective way.
