I’m an HR professional with around 9 years of experience, and I’m currently working as an HRBP at a tech startup.
What I enjoy most about HR is being close to the business and figuring out how people, culture and the way we work can help a company grow. I’m also quite tech-curious and interested in how technology, data and AI can make HR simpler, smarter and more useful.
Having recently moved into the startup world, I’ve become much more curious about how founders and teams actually build companies, especially the people and culture side of scaling. I’m fascinated by the decisions that have to be made early and the things founders often wish they had figured out sooner.
I’m here to meet interesting people, learn from founders and operators, share what I’ve learnt along the way, and get a little more plugged into Bangalore’s startup ecosystem.
