I am Nitin R., Founder and CEO of Nyumatrix. I am an innovator who believes that Indian hardware innovation shouldn't be held hostage by massive offshore job shops or archaic supply chains.
My background is a deliberate collision of engineering and commercial grit. With a BE in Electronics & Communication (ECE), I understand physical technology. Knowing that engineering is only half the battle, I pursued an MBA in Marketing, worked in Sales, and solo-built an apparel brand. That experience taught me the brutal realities of vendor negotiation, cash flow, and supply chain resilience. Today at Nyumatrix, I lead strategy, finance, and operations.
Nyumatrix was born from immense frustration. When my Chief Engineer and I set out to build natively-engineered smart appliances, we hit a massive wall. The ecosystem is entirely fragmented. Legacy manufacturers demand prohibitive MOQs and massive upfront capital, optimized only for assembling generic imports. We realised that to build our products, we first had to build the infrastructure. We incorporated Nyumatrix in Bangalore in April 2026.
I care deeply about changing India's role in the global electronics market. I am tired of consumers being forced to rely on white-labeled imports that offer no original IP. My mission is to build the agile manufacturing infrastructure required to produce world-class, sovereign consumer electronics natively in India.
