About

I’m building Gotham, an agentic legal operating system for law firms, in-house counsel and legal teams worldwide.

The platform brings together GothamLaw for case law, statutes and primary-source research; matters and projects for organizing documents, evidence, orders and work product; and chronologies that connect events to their supporting records. Tabular Review turns large collections of agreements into structured, source-linked analysis for contract review and M&A due diligence.

Legal AI agents work with reusable playbooks, firm precedents and clause standards to support litigation preparation, contract intake, drafting, redlining, regulatory compliance and obligation management. Teams can identify deviations, prepare issues lists, track responsibilities and deadlines, and route work through lawyer review and approval.

Gotham also brings court-format drafting, stamp-duty workflows, eSign and filing-related processes into the broader matter lifecycle where supported. Its approach combines legal data, retrieval, agent orchestration and firm context, with source traceability, access controls and auditability central to the workflow.

Built for legal professionals across jurisdictions, Gotham keeps professional judgment with counsel while making complex, multi-step legal work more connected, repeatable and accountable.

My focus is the engineering behind this platform: AI agents, search and retrieval, legal data infrastructure, workflow orchestration and product development. Learn more at https://trygotham.io.
