I started out with a background in electrical engineering before taking the entrepreneurial leap into food innovation and QSRs. In 2020, I founded Dharmnandan Live Puff House, proving unit economics around live-baked bakery products and turning it into a thriving local network.
Today, I lead Swastikanna Private Limited, building clean-label, health-conscious snacking brands like Sameat and Puffsheet. We specialize in zero-maida, millet-based formulations and live-baked puff pastry solutions designed to replace hyper-processed bakery junk with honest, wholesome alternatives.
What I care about most is the intersection of food science, scalable manufacturing, and operational discipline—taking traditional Indian snacking, elevating its nutritional profile, and building the cold-chain and franchise infrastructure to scale it regionally.
