I spent my first ten years in software automation at Mindtree, Pune first and then six Glasgow winters, is where I learned that the most dangerous bug is the one that looks like a correct answer. That instinct runs through everything below.
Then four years at EY as an Assistant Director, running enterprise transformation programs and product-owning a scheduling tool that 5,000 people were told to use. Nobody adopts a tool because they were told to; that rollout taught me more about adoption than any book. After that I directed AI consulting at Xarpie Labs, scoping, pricing and delivering things like bid intelligence for a construction firm and a research assistant for a medical team. That is where I learned what people actually pay for in AI: not the demo, the decision it saves them.
Milago exists because I kept losing decisions inside my own meetings. Every team I have been on has had the meeting where everyone agrees, and three weeks later nobody can find what they agreed to. I incorporated Milago Technologies on 4 April 2026, bootstrapped. It records meetings with or without a bot, works out what kind of meeting it was, and turns it into decisions and tasks. Every action item carries the exact quote and timestamp it came from, and a human approves it before it lands anywhere. An AI that invents your to-do list is worse than no AI.
