I've spent 20+ years in B2B sales — selling, leading sales teams, training sales professionals and working with organisations on sales performance.
Over that time, I've seen the same problem repeatedly.
Salespeople are expected to know more, prepare faster, handle more complex buyers, compete harder and close more — often without fundamentally changing the way they work.
AI changes that.
But I don't believe the answer is another list of AI tools or another collection of 50 prompts.
The more interesting question is:
How can AI actually make a salesperson better at the work that matters?
That's what I'm exploring now.
I write about the intersection of AI, sales and execution — from prospecting and discovery to value selling, objections, negotiation, sales conversations, coaching and deal execution.
I'm also building SalesifyMe, where we're experimenting with AI-powered ways to assess, practise, observe and develop sales capability.
So this page is partly a point of view and partly a laboratory.
I test ideas.
I challenge assumptions.
I share what works — and what doesn't.
And I bring 20+ years of sales experience to the conversation.
If you're a sales professional, sales leader, founder or sales enablement professional trying to understand what AI really means for selling, you'll find practical ideas here.
The future of selling isn't Human vs AI.
It's Human + AI.
