I'm Pratik. I build things that fix operational mess.
Started at a call center and found myself in a managerial role at 18 years old handling a comapnythat grew from 22 to 200 during my stint there. Then came the travel agency in Guwahati where I taught myself to build a Google Sheets system that cut per-booking turnaround from 90 minutes to two. No coding background, pre-AI, just Stack Exchange and stubbornness. That quarter the company 10x'd revenue and became the largest agency in the Northeast.
Since then: operations at Keeper.ai, an AI matchmaking startup, and employee #1 and Head of Operations at Eezily, a proptech company in Ahmedabad, for its 0-1 journey.
Now I'm building Mulakate full-time. India has no infrastructure for meeting people — you get your school friends, your office, and whoever your cousin introduces you to. Everything after that runs on luck. I'm building the layer underneath: a psychometric instrument that actually understands how someone shows up in a room, and rooms designed around it. Nobody is broken. The room was never built.
I build the whole stack solo with AI coding agents. Ahmedabad, Bombay, Goa.
