I started my career as a Business Associate, initially working to support my dream of pursuing an MBA in Canada. That first job became the foundation of a much bigger journey.
I grew from Business Associate → Trainer → Team Leader, gaining hands-on experience in Sales, Marketing, Client Handling, Communication, Relationship Building, Team Management and Leadership.
I later explored the RPO industry to understand its business model, before discovering that my real interest was in building businesses rather than recruitment. I then entered Digital Marketing as a Business Partner, where the experience taught me valuable lessons about ownership, alignment and entrepreneurship.
Today, I am the founder of Shivay ∞ Enterprises, helping businesses strengthen their online presence, generate opportunities and revenue, and expand through strategic digital solutions.
My ambition goes beyond building another digital marketing agency. I want to build Shivay into a larger, multi-sector organisation, using everything I've learned across sales, marketing, leadership, business development and client relationships.
