I grew up in a freight family — Dindayal Transport Company has been moving cargo across India for 26 years. I spent 7 years inside that business learning exactly where fleet operators lose money: fuel theft, cargo damage, driver accidents, zero real-time visibility. In 2024 I started converting that frustration into product. I designed a complete 11-product IoT ecosystem — LIDAR sensors, RFID cargo seals, cold chain monitors, tyre pressure, panic buttons, fuel sensors — with an Edge AI Node that processes everything on-device in under 100ms, offline, on the truck. Built the first POC myself using milestone-based freelancers and validated it on our own trucks. Now raising a seed round of ₹75 lakhs to complete hardware certification, hire a hardware engineer, and close the first three fleet contracts. I care about building things that work in the real India — dusty highways, bad connectivity, drivers who have seen every gadget fail.
