Rajat Padaya

I’m Rajat Padaya, a Class 12 student from Bhavnagar, Gujarat, currently building Aveniq, an EdTech startup focused on rethinking how students in Classes 9–12 learn, understand concepts, discover their strengths, and make important academic and career decisions.

Before Aveniq, I started Visionary Vanguard during Class 11 — a community that brought together founders, influencers, designers, entrepreneurs, business professionals, tech consultants, and people from diverse domains across India. Building that community gave me early exposure to entrepreneurship, technology, business, leadership, and the process of bringing people from different backgrounds together around ideas.

With Aveniq, I’m now working on a different challenge: how can we make education more personalised, practical, interactive, and self-aware for students? Aveniq aims to combine adaptive learning, AI-powered guidance, concept analysis, interactive learning, personalised planning, career exploration, and stream-selection assessments into one ecosystem.

The vision is simple: not another platform where students simply consume content, but a system that helps them understand what they’re learning, understand themselves, identify where they need to improve, and make more informed decisions about their future.
