Rashi grew up with family pets and at a young age, developed a strong sense of compassion for other beings. It was no surprise then that she left her corporate job to follow her heart. 
Rashi’s pet, Sara, showed her the way. While searching markets for products that would fulfill Sara’s needs, Rashi realized that pet parents in India did not have access to products that could improve their pet’s lives. 

In 2008, she decided to take on the big task of turning things around for pets and kick-started a home-based business called Heads Up For Tails. Today, 13 years later, Heads Up For Tails with 31 stores pan India and a prominent online presence is the go-to brand for all pet needs. Their core team draws on their own experience as pet parents to create a line of quality products ranging from a wide variety of food brands to novelty items like orthopedic beds and organic supplements. 

Besides opening many new stores across the country and expanding their online presence, the company just launched their dream project, ‘Heads Up For Tails Foundation’ to help sensitize children and elders alike toward other beings. Though there are many special moments each day, Rashi is truly proud of certain achievements that have been possible thanks to the relentless hard work of her entire team. 

One of the biggest achievements is winning the Lufthansa Runway to Success Season 4 from amongst 60,000 top entrepreneurs of the country. 

Heads Up For Tails was also named "Brand of the Year" at the prestigious World Branding Awards - Animals Edition for two consecutive years. Several other awards shine in her cabinet but her biggest reward is when she knows her baby, Heads Up For Tails, has been able to change several rigid mindsets in favor of our beloved animals.
