I’m Robin Dale, founder of Recruiter Concierge in West Palm Beach and author of The Recruiter Concierge Method™. Before launching my firm, I spent nearly 12 years with N3 and Accenture, working across sales, pipeline management and GTM recruiting.

That experience taught me to understand the business behind every hire. I partner closely with founders to find the people who can help them grow, with a personal, hands-on approach and quality over volume.
