I’m Santanu Kabi, Founder & CEO of RedBlock AI. I’m currently building LossToProfit AI - an AI-powered profit intelligence system designed to help businesses identify hidden profit leaks, quantify their financial impact, understand the root causes, and take corrective action.
My journey started in AI-powered fraud detection and financial risk. While speaking with founders and business owners across different sectors and cities, I noticed another problem: businesses often have plenty of data, but very little visibility into where profit is actually being lost.
That became the problem I decided to work on.
Today, I’m focused on real-world validation and early pilots, particularly with D2C, e-commerce, retail and other growing MSME businesses.
