I'm a Release Train Engineer and program manager with 19+ years running programs and portfolios across banking, automotive, gaming and consumer electronics. I'm currently at a major Canadian Bank in Toronto. Before that I was at Adesa, Ubisoft and TPVision, where I first used WSJF to rank portfolio initiatives for the smart TV business.

PortfolioOS came out of a problem I still see every quarter. I sit with execs deciding what to fund, and the decision runs on spreadsheets and slides full of self-rated scores. I built a tool that derives the scores from entered data and gives a FUND / REVIEW / DEFER call with a visible budget cut-line. It's built and live at saugatadas.ca/portfolioos.

I'm a builder on the product side. Where I need help is go-to-market, so I'm looking for a co-founder who is strong in marketing and growth, plus early customers at mid-size enterprises and consultancies.
