Shahnawaz Alam

I’m Shahnawaz Alam, Founder, CTO & Lead AI Architect at WebDev IT Solutions, specializing in AI engineering, cloud architecture, and DevOps across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

I help startups and enterprises move AI from prototype to production through scalable data pipelines, vector search (Milvus), RAG, Agentic AI, workflow automation, and model cost and latency optimization.

We’re also developing WITS AI, an autonomous WhatsApp healthcare agent for 24/7 patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, routine triage, and EHR integration.

My focus is simple: build secure, scalable, cost-efficient AI systems that solve real business problems not just demos.

I help companies take AI from prototype to production building autonomous agents, secure RAG pipelines, and high-performance cloud backends that cut inference costs and run reliably.
