I am a farmer's son from Gujarat who ended up spending eighteen years building enterprise software, and I still think the two facts explain each other. Growing up around a family that worked with what the season gave them teaches you to fix what is in front of you rather than wait for ideal conditions. That is more or less how I have approached every system I have built since.
Most of my career was spent inside large, regulated environments where the cost of being wrong is high. I was a Senior Manager at S&P Global working on the Sustainable1 ESG platform, a Technical Lead at BNP Paribas, and before that I worked at CitiusTech on healthcare systems. Most recently I was an Architect and Director at Operisoft, where I built out the Generative AI practice from the ground up. Financial services and healthcare have been the two constants, which is not an accident. They are the industries where data is messiest, the rules are strictest, and a working solution is worth the most.
In September 2025 I started Calyza Tech in Ahmedabad. The gap I kept seeing was that SMB and mid market companies were being sold AI strategy decks by people who had never shipped a production system, while the firms who could actually build were only interested in enterprise budgets. We do the delivery work: agentic AI systems, cloud migration and modernization, and Databricks lakehouse architecture, mostly for healthcare and fintech clients in the US. We are an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, hold the AWS Generative AI Competency, and are a Databricks Implementation Partner.
What I care about is the unglamorous part. Anyone can demo an agent. Very few people can put one into a claims workflow or a clinical process and have it still be right six months later under audit. That is the problem I want to be good at.
