Author of the remote leadership bible “From a Distance”, Valentina Thörner is the Empress of Product at Klaus, a conversation review tool for support teams. A decade of working and leading fully distributed and hybrid remote/co-located teams means she knows first-hand the challenges and advantages of work from home/on the road/at a coworking space/when schools are closed.
