I’m a technology leader and software engineer with 12+ years of experience, currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager at Empower, where I work primarily with Java, AWS, and cloud technologies.
I started my career building enterprise applications with Java, Struts, Spring MVC, and Angular, and gradually moved toward Spring Boot, REST APIs, distributed systems, and AWS. Over the years, I’ve worked on financial technology platforms, healthcare systems, integrations, batch processing, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure. I enjoy taking complex business problems and turning them into simple, reliable software that teams can actually maintain.
More recently, I’ve been exploring and building with generative AI, Amazon Bedrock, AWS services, and MCP. I’m particularly interested in what happens beyond the demo - how we take AI-generated prototypes and turn them into secure, scalable, observable, production-ready systems.
A big part of my work today is also about people. I’ve mentored and worked with developers across different experience levels, and I’m learning to balance technical depth with leadership, delegation, accountability, and empathy. I care about building teams where people feel trusted to take ownership while still having the support they need to grow.
Outside of work, I’m involved with the AWS Community in Surat, where I help organize and speak at community events. I enjoy sharing what I learn, connecting people, and creating spaces where engineers can learn from each other.
At the core, I care about three things: building useful technology, helping people grow, and continuing to grow myself. I’m still figuring out what the next chapter looks like—but I’m excited about the intersection of engineering, AI, cloud, and leadership.
